Latest Project: Bradford Garden

The garden at Bradford was a huge success…

…Incorporating a range of features including a formal water feature to accentuate the grandeur of the house and the setting. Three fountains connected in series and with underwater and poolside lighting make this a feature of huge impact on an evening! In order to connect the upper areas of the site to the lower levels the existing landscape was carefully graded to create a stunning sweeping lawn which is in the line of vision as visitors approach the front of the property. On first view the simplicity of the lawns against the formal water feature create the illusion of an effortless landscape, yet a walk around the garden reveals the true diversity of the landscape and how the garden fits into the site. Several seating areas and vantage points were created within the garden to make the most of the views down into the lower garden. At the far side of the property a tennis court as well as a helipad give the garden more appeal and can be approached separately to the main house entrance. The main driveway was created using several hundred metres of genuine stone kerbs with a traditionally cobbled drive entrance which is all in-keeping with the age, elegance and status of the property.
